AGREEMENT-TERMINATING POWER RESERVED
Buyer shall have the power to terminate this agreement on giving days prior written notice to seller, whenever in the judgment of buyer the performance of the agreement by seller is not satisfactory, and even though there may have been no act or omission sufficient to constitute an actual breach of the agreement or of any implied warranty. A notice of termination will not be effective until received by the party notified.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
